I understand that going to a new salon can feel a little intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Here’s some additional information to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Dry, Clean, Styled Hair
Whether you air dry or tease it to heaven, I suggest coming to your first visit wearing your hair how you typically like to style it. Seeing your hair dry & styled helps me to choose the best techniques & looks that will enhance & fit your lifestyle. Please avoid coming in with to much product build up.
Dress for Success
I want you to relax during your appointment, so please dress comfortably! PICTURES- at the end of our session I will be taking pictures if you are comfortable with it, I can avoid pictures of your face if you would prefer, if possible please wear neutral colored shirts. Please avoid wearing bulky necklines like hooded sweatshirts & turtlenecks.
All major credit cards & cash are accepted

Parking is directly next to the building.
When you arrive please feel free to have a seat until I get to you.
We have complimentary beverages sparkling water, coffee, tea, champagne and wine and more! Let me know what I can get you.

Tell Me Your Secrets
I want you to love your hair so I may ask you a lot of questions during your consultation- this is a judgement free zone so be honest about it’s history, your lifestyle, & your hair goals.
Pictures are encouraged so screenshots & Pinterest boards are always welcome! Pro-tip: showing me 1-2 pics of looks you want to avoid are just as important as the looks you want to achieve.
Before We Start
I’m all about transparency! I’ll recap your service plan and pricing before squeezing any color tubes or sniping any locks!
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I understand life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment I ask that you do so ASAP, or within 48 hours of your appointment.
Late cancellations and reschedules will be subject to a non- refundable 50% deposit to book the next appointment. The deposit will go toward the service booked.
Multiple cancelations may result in being forfeit from making future appointments
If you see that you may be late to your appointment, please reach out to me by phone. I will try my best to accommodate your appointment.
All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period, after which it may be necessary to reschedule.
Failure to communicate with the salon will result in a "no show".
I want you to love and feel confident in your new hair. We will discuss your goals and what is achievable during your consultation. However if for some reason there is something that doesn't seem right I ask that you reach out to me within 5 days from your appointment. We will discuss any issues you are having and our options.
