In order to give every guest the experience and time in the chair that they deserve the following salon policies have been put in place. Please read through carefully and reach out if you have any concerns.
Late to Appointment
If you see that you may be late to your appointment, please reach out to me by phone. I will try my best to accommodate your appointment.
All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period, after which it may be necessary to reschedule.
Failure to communicate with the salon will result in a "no show".
Rescheduling & Cancelations
I understand life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment I ask that you do so ASAP, or within 48 hours of your appointment.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a 25% service fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is made.
An appointment is considered a no show if:
You do not show up for a scheduled appointment and have not communicated with the salon or I to cancel/reschedule.
You cancel an appointment less than 24 hours or the same day as the appointment.
No shows may result in being forfeit from making future appointments.
If you are allowed to rebook you will be required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your next appointment. The deposit will go toward the service booked.
I stand behind all retail recommendations and want you to love your new products. However if you find a retail product just isn't for you, it may be returned to the salon within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.*

All sales of hand-tied wefts for the use of extensions are non-refundable.
I want you to love and feel confident in your new hair. We will discuss your goals and what is achievable during your consultation. However if for some reason there is something that doesn't seem right I ask that you reach out to me within 5 days from your appointment. We will discuss any issues you are having and our options.
